Pollo Regio

I had a fantastic experience at Pollo Regio today, all thanks to Emanuel! He was the cashier who helped me, and his service was absolutely outstanding. He greeted me with a genuine smile, which instantly set a positive tone for my meal. Even with a line of people waiting, he was professional, patient, and made sure he understood my order perfectly the first time. It’s clear he pays attention to detail and takes pride in his job. He truly went the extra mile to make my visit smooth and enjoyable.

Went with the family and our three kids, and Emanuel really made the visit special. He was super friendly, patient, and made sure our order was perfect even with the kids being a bit all over the place. It’s rare to see someone that positive and attentive, he honestly made the experience stand out. Food was great as always, but the service from Emanuel was what really made it a 5-star visit!

Friendly service, delicious food! I stopped by here as my car was getting worked on next door - ended up staying the full hour. I got the chicken bowl and horchata - everything was delicious! The salsas were very fresh and flavorful; the self serve endless tortilla chips were equally good!

Amazing service i love seeing and talking to the people there. Very welcoming especially with Alejandro who's really nice and considerate. Other than the amazing customer service the food is really great!

First time here & the establishment is very clean. The staff was super friendly. They do not have a printed menu for the visually impaired. I had to search an online delivery service for a menu. The food was portioned nicely & very tasty. I'm impressed. Kudos!

Have been here a few times. Never had issues. Food came out fresh all the times I have been here. Manager on duty was very friendly. Parking is a little tight. Great experience.
